Tom Blackwell's background is in both statistics and bioinformatics, with broad exposure in cellular and developmental biology. He was involved early on with processing and analysis of 1000 Genomes data and has further experience with depositing project data to various national databases. His favorite working tool is R. He also pursues research on occasional statistical issues which arise in our projects.
