&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gene annotations at the edges of the plot can be cut-off. To prevent this, padding can be added at each end of the x-axis using:&lt;br /&gt;
