The following parameters are available.  Ones with "[]" are in effect:
  Input Files : --bam [], --bed []
      Filters : --min_mapq [0], --min_bq [0], --min_dp [0], --max_dp [-1],
                --proper_keep [OFF] , --dup_keep [OFF] 
       Output : --summary [OFF] , --full [OFF] , --pass [OFF]
