Either pipeline can be run on a single machine or on a cluster of machines. The following describes using this softer with the Amazon Web Services (https://aws.amazon.com/), but you can just as easily use it on your own machine(s).
Preparation
- by installing a debian package
- by installing a red hat package
- on an Amazon Single Instance
Run on a cluster:
- Installing debian/redhat on a cluster
- Using Amazon StarCluster
