Either pipeline can be run on a single machine or on a cluster of machines. The following describes using this softer with the Amazon Web Services (https://aws.amazon.com/), but you can just as easily use it on your own machine(s).
Preparation
- Installing the software as a debian package
- Installing the software as a red hat package
Using AWS
- Running on an Amazon Single Instance
- Installing debian/redhat on a cluster
- Using Amazon StarCluster
