Jump to navigationJump to searchMETAL is a program that facilitates the meta-analysis of genomewide association scans. It was first developed by Goncalo Abecasis, Yun Li and Cristen Willer. Early versions were used for the analyses presented in Sanna et al (2008) and Willer et al (2008). Since then, METAL has become quite a popular tool for the analysis of genomewide association scans.
