The website said "The joint meta-analysis method has been implemented though a patch to METAL available from http://www.sph.umich.edu/csg/abecasis/Meta". However, I can not use SCHEME INTERACTION. I used lasted version of METAL. where I can find the patch?

It seems as though this patch never made it into the main METAL codebase (https://github.com/statgen/METAL). From what I can gather, it was used in the following paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3312394/.
