A postdoc in Abecasis's lab in the Center for Statistical Genetics, Department of Biostatistics of University of Michigan. Working on developing computational and statistical methods for analyzing high throughput genetic data for mapping genetic factors for human complex diseases. Specific interests include methodology for detecting association of rare variants with complex traits by aggregation of multiple rare variants, developing tools for detecting variants and de novo mutations in families for next generation sequencing data, and applying new and existing methods for SardiNIA and T2D sequencing project.
