Interested in NGS and wikis. really... 50 words... sigh...

I've worked on SEQwiki as a tool for cataloguing NGS analysis software. I also worked on MetaBase as a tool for cataloguing biological databases. I worked on PDBWiki, a wikified version of the PDB. I'm interested in bio-curation and also work in NGS analysis.
