I am a Graduate student at the department of animal science (Genetic and Animal breeding Group),University of Georgia (UGA). I am interesting to know more information about imputing genotype and how to apply this method to genomic selection. That is way I believe that corresponding with this page may help me to improve my knowledge about imputing genotype data.
