I'm bioinformatician and I work in Philip Awadalla laboratory, Medical and Population Genomics Laboratory at the University of Montreal. Working with empirical data and modern statistical tools to implement models of population genetics research in the laboratory addresses questions relevant to how genome evolution and the environment influences the frequency and severity of diseases in human populations.
