This file has the main code, the goncalo library code and released example for using SEQMIX. I've provided precompiled executable file (localAncestry_release) as well as source code. If the precompiled version doesn't run due to a different computer architecture, please go to the src folder, to run make to compile your own version of SEQMIX.
