* replace the beginining ~/ with the actual path to where you downloaded gotcloud

* To test the software in a cluster environment add the option -batchtype.
For instance, using Sun Grid Engine in a Starcluster cluster, use
~/gotcloud/gotcloud align --test ~/testalign -batchtype sgei
