If you are running SNP test, two useful pieces of advice are to:
* Concatenate the dosage files for each chromosome (so that you have a 22 files to manage rather than several hundred).
* Remember that the per SNP imputation accuracy score (IMPUTE's ''INFO'' field) is calculate by SNPTEST and will be present in the SNPTEST output.
