I am a bioinformatics software developer at the Statistical Consultation and Research Center at the University of California, Department of Preventive Medicine, Division of Biostatistics. I work primarily on genetic epidemiology studies, including colorectal cancer, asthma, lung cancer, OCD, etc. I have an interest in developing and using bioinformatics software to facilitate the processing and analysis of genetic and epigenetic data.
