From Genome Analysis Wiki
Jump to navigationJump to searchOverview
This lecture introduces simple linkage tests in the context of affected sibling pairs. One test, originally described by Bishop and Williamson (1990) focuses on identity-by-state sharing. A more refined test, introduced by Risch (1990), models IBD information using a likelihood approach.
